ToolTrayPro designs and 3D-prints organiser trays, inserts, dividers and bins for the tool cases people already own — DeWalt TSTAK, DeWalt ToughSystem 2.0 and Stanley FatMax Pro-Stack. Every part is printed to a specific case rather than a generic box, so it sits where the original insert sat and holds the tools you actually carry.
Why we started
Tool storage usually fails at the same point. The case arrives with a fixed grid of compartments that suits the manufacturer’s idea of a toolkit, not the job you are on. Sockets roll out of oversized bays, screws migrate into corners, and the one fixing you need is always at the bottom. Buying a second case does not fix it — the compartments are the problem.
So we started modelling replacements: trays cut to the bay of a specific case, with dividers that can be placed where you need them. It is a small operation, and that is deliberate — it means we can print a tray for a case the big brands never made an insert for.
How each part is made
- Measured from the case. Every design starts with the case itself — the internal bay, the lip, the lid clearance. Model numbers are checked, because a TSTAK case and a ToughSystem case are not the same inside even though they look similar on a shelf.
- Printed in the UK. Rigid walls, solid construction, wipe-clean finish. No foam, no fabric, nothing to soak up oil.
- Test-fitted. Trays are checked in the case they are designed for before they are listed.
- Posted. Dispatched from the UK, packed so the corners survive the trip.

Compatibility, stated plainly
We are an independent UK maker. We are not DeWalt and we are not Stanley Black & Decker, and nothing we sell is a genuine part made by either company. Brand and model names are used only to say what a tray fits.
If you are not sure which case you have, look for the model number inside the lid — DWST1-… is usually TSTAK, DWST83… is ToughSystem 2.0. Send us a photo of the label and we will confirm the fit before you order.
